The Forsaken

Language, Strong violence/gore, sexuality
Directed & Written by: J.S. Cardone
Starring: Kerr Smith, Brendan Fehr, Johnathan Schaech

Sean(Kerr Smith) drives cross-country to deliver a Mercedes and attend his sisters wedding, when he runs into a hitchhicker, Nick(Brendan Fehr). Nick who just happens to be a vampire hunter, is tracking down a gang of youthful vampires, and brings Nick in the middle of the battle.

Forsaken is pretty average in the vampire genre. It doesn't bring nothing new, and doesn't have very many 'cool' parts. There is however lots of gore and nudity to keep it interesting. There have been worse, but there also have been better vampire movies.

If your going in thinking it's going to be something new and different, you will be disappointed. Not to really spoil anything, but it does leave it open for a possible sequel, which I wouldn't mind, but isn't necessary.

I will recommend Forsaken, only for the fact that it isn't a total disappointment, and if you have seen everything else that is already out.
